Terms of Service.

Last updated: 29/06/2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using fluxly.uk ("Fluxly", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password, magic links and API keys secret. Notify us immediately at security@fluxly.uk if you suspect unauthorised access. We require verified email addresses to use the service.

3. Acceptable use

You may not shorten or share links that:
  • · lead to malware, phishing, fraud, or illegal content;
  • · violate intellectual property, defame people, or harass anyone;
  • · promote child sexual abuse material, violent extremism, or self-harm;
  • · spam or run automated abuse (mass-link creation to redirect-loop, click fraud, etc.).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without notice.

4. Plans & billing

Paid plans (Premium, Full Stack) are billed monthly in GBP via Stripe. You can cancel any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current period. Refunds are at our discretion for genuine errors.

5. API & rate limits

API keys are tied to your account. We may rate-limit, throttle, or revoke keys that overload our systems or violate these terms. Do not share keys publicly. Keys are SHA-256 hashed at rest — if you lose one, revoke and regenerate.

6. Content & ownership

You keep ownership of the URLs and content you submit. You grant Fluxly a non-exclusive license to host, transmit, and display your short links and associated metadata as needed to run the service.

7. Availability & no warranty

We aim for high uptime but Fluxly is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or as required by law. On termination, your links may be disabled.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
